We first came when our senior dog had to be euthanized. We were treated with utmost respect and they were very caring and supportive. We now have a new Boston Terrier baby, Buckley and he loves the staff and we do also! Dr. Alexa is awesome and attentive. All staff has been very professional and helpful. So glad we found Raonoke Animal Hospital. ❤️🐶

They had a very nice room set up for saying goodbye to special pets and gave us paw prints, vial of fur and took very special care of our deceased pet cat. The staff was very professional, respectful, kind and compassionate with the handling of our painful decision to humanely put down our beloved pet. Thank you

We were with another vet and my cat was very sick a couple weeks ago. Our vet would not see him and instead wanted us to drive him out of town to be seen when I knew he couldn't make that ride. Very accommodating. Called them for last minute vaccination updates and boarding and they were very nice and friendly. This was the first time we have ever boarded our dogs. They have been very patient with me and the daily phone calls checking on them to make sure they are okay. And they have even sent pictures as updates to let me see them and know they are doing okay!
